Oakland Ballers

I am not a sports girlie but I love an outing. I used to go to like 1-2 Giants games per year just for the vibes and the garlic fries. However this requires paying money, braving crowds, and ultimately watching hours of baseball from very far away! Enter the Oakland Ballers. They are some sort of minor league team (??) that plays at the basic equivalent of a high school baseball field in West Oakland. It’s cheap, accessible, and right next to Prescott Market so you can get a cute meal/drink before hand. No garlic fries (yet!!) but affordable concessions, no bad seats, incredible low-key positive vibes, and their mascot is a possum named Scrappy. Enough said. Go Ballers!
